Mac's first Christmas

Don't care who you ask.  Christmas is magical.  Mac didn't really get it, but we did, and he's a fan of climbing on presents, so there's that.  Overall it was delightful, and so fun just to have Mac around for the holidays.  Sure we can't wait until he really does get it, but it was magical all the same.

My first homemade wreath.  Not too shabby.

Union Station

The beloved cookie exchange.  butter.  sugar. butter.  chocolate. butter. cream. come on.
Just deco paging the heck out of our letters.

Whitney took photos of our family for our first ever Christmas cards.  We were cold, and I stepped in goose poop... but the result... worth it.

I could seriously eat him.  the best.

He may hate getting bundled up.  He may hate getting strapped in the stroller (or car seat, or anything really).  but he LOVES being outside.
Zoo lights.
Gramma Party
Magic.

our annual Christmas gift to Mickey and Doris dinner turned out unbelievable this year.  Thank you Matt Jones.  Ahi Tuna, bok choy, but the best part... that lobster ramen miso beurre blanc broth manna from heaven.
We topped it off with a pina colada cake.  nom nom.
LOVE getting Christmas cards.  LOVE.

He learned a new trick on Christmas Eve.  That face.  Scrunched up nose - he loves the reaction.
mwah!
Christmas morning.  That bag was AWESOME.

More fun to climb on presents than open them.  But who can blame him?  Climbing rules.

Arms out.  Head back.  Pure Joy.  Thank you Ginger for the Johnny Jumper.  Someone was a BIG fan.
sledding rocked my world.

Christmas bounty.  Though high heels are pretty interesting.

Bedhead mohawk.  Little stud.
Longing to be outside... our little park ranger.
I melt.
Free ice skating and Skyline Park.  awes yeah.
