March 3 is a special day. It's a day we get to celebrate precious Matty Jones. We of course did so in style three months ago, and are just getting around to blogging about it. The fact remains, a good time was clearly had by all - and we partied like rock stars.
Food is always a major component when celebrating - particularly when celebrating Matt. Conveniently the gala tasting occurred right around Matt's birthday - so he came and properly advised the dinner committee on the direction we should take. The main entree is pictured above.

Clay pigeon shooting was a ball.

A little homemade lasagna coming right up...
Florentine's - Matt's fave.
We also spent some time at the Denver Art Museum
and Dave and Busters... we're basically 12 at heart.
