Bringing in a New Decade

Here we are mid January of 2010... already? Why does time go by so quickly? Matt and I both have some big goals for the new year/new decade. So, if we can get our puppy under control first maybe we can start attacking some of these goals.

Nonetheless... we brought in the new year in style. Doris had her annual theme party, and this year it was of the circus variety. Each person/family was to put on an act in their roles, and they were gut busting hilarious!! Enjoy the pics and some footage from the evening.
Pablo the Mexican glass blower
Steve the clown, and Evie the mime - who stayed in character the entire night
The Jones family of performing ponies and their riders
The lion tamer, and Ginger the clown
The lion tamer and my lion, and "Iron Ulrich"

Happy New Year!

Loved your act.

Why did you have a theme party?

How entertaining!!I loved the lion tamer/strong man presentation! What a fun party...Rocco played his part well. You should keep training him to learn to jump through hoops.(I can just visualize Rocco at 120 lbs. jumping through hoops!) Great fun!

great acts! rocco was a little reserved this year, but we expect great things next year... maybe he and matt can have a wrestle-off for the stuff animal. matt was wonderful as the announcer, "strongest man in the room", and bruce lee impersonator. candice, awesome flexibility... we were hoping that you would have broken a light fixture with your foot in that air.
the one complaint that we do have is we wanted to see more of pablo the glass blower in the acts. but that's our fault for not being there.

Two words: Hollywood.
That's one word, but it sounds like two. Move here and get famous.
